PJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" announces a change in the procedure for submitting documents by customers to obtain technical specifications for water supply and/or sewerage of facilities.
In order to improve the quality of customer service, as well as to simplify the procedure for considering documents provided by customers, from May 2, 2022, documents for obtaining technical specifications for water supply and/or sewerage of facilities from their customers will be accepted exclusively in electronic form in PDF format to the email address: uvtu_rpd@vodokanal.kyiv.ua

The procedure for submitting design documentation for external water supply and sewage networks of facilities by customers to PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" for consideration has been changed
PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that from 06/01/2022, design documentation for external water supply and sewage networks of facilities must be provided by Customers for review in accordance with Section IV "Procedure for Review of Design Documentation (new edition)" of the Methodological Requirements for Review of Design Documentation for Water Supply and Sewerage Networks, Structures and Water Metering Units of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal". Please note that project documentation provided by the Customer exclusively on paper (without an electronic version) will not be considered by the Company.
The Department receives documents for the preparation and issuance of technical conditions for connecting construction or reconstruction facilities or existing facilities to centralized water supply and wastewater systems in accordance with the requirements of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation of Urban Planning Activities", the Rules for the Use of Centralized Municipal Water Supply and Wastewater Systems in Settlements of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated 27.06.2008 No. 190, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other legal and regulatory documents in the field of urban planning activities.
The design documentation submitted for consideration to the Company must be developed in accordance with the requirements of Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine “On Regulation of Urban Development Activities” and is reviewed by the Company’s specialists in the manner set out in the Methodological Requirements for Reviewing Design Documentation for Water Supply and Sewerage Networks, Structures and Water Metering Units of PrJSC “AK “Kyivvodokanal.”

Attention! Changes have been made to the procedure for obtaining prepared technical specifications!
In order to streamline the receipt of payments for the services of the Department for Issuing Technical Conditions and Approval of Documentation, the management of PJSC “AK “Kyivvodokanal” made a decision to amend the rules for obtaining technical conditions for water supply and wastewater. Now the documents prepared by the Department are issued only after presenting a copy of the payment order (for legal entities) or a payment receipt with a bank mark (for individuals). Please note that representatives of legal entities and authorized persons of individuals must also have a power of attorney from the customer to receive technical conditions and sign the act of performed work.
For representatives of legal entities:
– a completed acceptance certificate of the completed work;
– a copy of the payment order;
– a passport and a duly completed power of attorney from the customer to receive technical specifications.
For individuals:
– a completed acceptance certificate of the work performed;
– a copy of the payment receipt (for individuals) with a bank mark;
– a passport;
– if the recipient is a trusted person of the customer, it is necessary to additionally provide a properly completed power of attorney from the customer to receive the technical conditions and sign the certificate of the work performed.
How to submit documents for consideration by the Company for the location of a temporary structure (TS or MAF)?

1. Application for consideration of the temporary location of the RZ (original in 1 note) (download).
2. Guarantee letter of the established form (original in 1 note) (download).
3. Permit for placement of advertising material, issued on the basis of the decision of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration). (copy in 1 note).
4. Constructive solution for the temporary location of the object. (copy in 1 note)
5. Topographical and geodetic surveys M1:500 with reference to the temporary location of the RZ to the terrain (copy in 1 note).
List of documents provided by the customer to PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" for consideration of the temporary location of a temporary structure (TS) or small architectural form (MAF)
1. Application for consideration of the TS or IAF (original in 1 note) (download).

3. Copy of the passport of the TS or IAF binding, issued by the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv State Administration) (if available) (copy 1 note);
In the absence of it, it is mandatory to provide:
- information card (valid as of the date of application to the Company), issued by the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv State Administration) (copy 1 note);
- conclusion of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv State Administration) (copy 1 note);
- an agreement on shared participation in the maintenance of the improvement facility was concluded with the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (KCSA) (copy 1 note);
4. Topographic and geodetic surveys M1:500 with reference to the TS or MAF to the area. (copy in 1 note).

5. The originals of the technical conditions are provided by the customer in person to the contractor (contact person) at ul. Leiptsyzka, 1-a, for scanning and immediately returned to the customer.
6. Based on the results of consideration of the submitted applications, invoices and forms of acts of services rendered or the contractor's comments regarding improper execution of applications are sent by the Company to the customer to his email address.
7. An extract from the Register of Construction Activities regarding information on the technical conditions entered into the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction will be sent to the customer to his email address.
