The Kyivvodokanal website (https://vodokanal.kiev.ua) offers a Personal Online Account for legal entities. We offer you to use the free and convenient service created by the company for its clients.
What does this give:
no need to visit Customer Service Centers and stand in queues;
quick access to information about your enterprise at any convenient time in any place;
a personal online assistant who will help you carry out any operation and answer your questions.
remote viewing and entering of meter readings;
up-to-date information on charges;
receipt of settlement documents (for any period you need);
information security, because unauthorized persons will not have access to your personal account.
To gain access to the Personal Account, legal entities must conclude an additional agreement on electronic document management with PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal".
Important! From now on, you can gain access to the Personal Account without leaving the office by signing an additional agreement with an EDS (electronic signature) and sending it via the electronic document management service.

If your organization is not an electronic signature user, you can download the additional agreement forms yourself at the link legals.vodokanal.kiev.ua/regfr and send or deliver the completed forms, along with a covering letter, to any of our service centers:

The signed additional agreement provides reliable identification and creates the official status of the personal account.
Next, you can fully use remote service through your personal electronic account, completely eliminating the need to visit the DSP.
Important! Registration, signing the EDS of the additional agreement on electronic document management, as well as using the personal account of legal entities is free of charge for clients.
