Continuation of the terms of the reset
If there are no changes in water disposal, the Discharge Conditions for the next year are extended. To do this, you must submit a written request and the original of the wastewater discharge conditions for the previous period. It is advisable to submit the necessary documents one month before the expiration of the previous Discharge Conditions.
We urge you to comply with the Rules for the Reception of Wastewater in Kyiv, as the state of the environment of our city, the epidemic safety of its residents, and the stable operation of sewage networks and structures depend on it. Only with your help can PJSC “AK “Kyivvodokanal” guarantee that wastewater discharges from treatment plants will not have a negative impact on the environment.
If necessary, we kindly ask you to:
Provide the original of the Conditions for Discharge for the past period;
Restore the throughput of pipelines and collectors with the involvement of technical means at least once a year. For business entities whose activities are related to public catering services - at least twice a year (provide acts of cleaning of sewer networks on the balance sheet of the enterprise for the current year with chemical analysis);
Carry out systematic control over the quantity and quality of wastewater in accordance with the sampling schedule and no later than the 10th of the following month, submit chemical analysis protocols to the DEN;
Provide the necessary supporting material regarding wastewater discharge, namely:
certificate (agreement) for the acceptance of additional volumes during the rainy and snowmelt periods;
normative calculation of water consumption and drainage for the current year, approved by the relevant authority;
list of sub-subscribers/tenants (if available);
data on the disposal of sludge from treatment plants.
