TO OBTAIN CONDITIONS FOR DISCHARGING, you must first agree on a water management passport, and then submit a written request and attach documents, according to clause 2.4 of the Wastewater Acceptance Rules:
Acts of completed sewer cleaning works – once a year (for subscribers who cook food – twice a year);
Results of chemical analyses of the subscriber’s wastewater for the year;
Acts of disposal of hazardous waste from the subscriber’s treatment systems.
At this link, you can view information regarding the extension of the validity period of the Discount Terms issued last year.
You can also get information on the execution of the Conditions for the discharge of wastewater by telephone! on Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 to 16:30 and on Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
We draw your attention!!! In the Department of Environmental Supervision, there have been more frequent cases of subscribers providing documents (certificates of work performed on the restoration of the throughput capacity of the sewerage network pipelines; chemical analyzes of wastewater; regulatory calculations of water consumption and drainage, certificates on the disposal of hazardous waste from grease traps or car wash treatment facilities) information that raises reasonable doubts about their authenticity and may serve as a basis for sending a report about their possible forgery. Forgery of documents and their use entail legal liability.
In order to avoid misunderstandings in the process of obtaining/extending the Conditions for wastewater discharge and charging an increased tariff for the provided wastewater services, we recommend that the consumer provide duly certified copies of the above-mentioned documents.
