PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" carries out regular monitoring of the quality of wastewater discharged by organizations, institutions, enterprises of all forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs into the city sewer system. All subscribers / consumers connected to the sewer networks of Kyivvodokanal must periodically provide us with information on the qualitative composition of wastewater in order to certify compliance with or exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants in them.
How often should wastewater analysis be performed?
The order of periodicity of chemical analysis of wastewater of subscribers, as well as the number of ingredients required for this:

*Note: Additional ingredients are determined depending on the nature of the enterprise's activities (technological process). When performing a one-time chemical analysis, the number of ingredients is determined in the range from 15 to 20. You can perform wastewater quality analyses in any laboratory in the city or contact our Laboratory for Chemical and Analytical Control of Wastewater Quality, which operates under the Department of Environmental Supervision of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal". We perform wastewater quality analyses on a "turnkey" basis - wastewater samples are taken by our specialists and delivered to the Laboratory.
To conclude a Contract for wastewater quality control, you will need:
1. Contact the Department of Contractual Work of the DEN in one of the following ways:
- In the personal account of the legal entity, go to the "Ecology" tab and click the "SUBMIT DOCUMENTS" button. Select "Agreement for conducting wastewater quality control" from the list, upload the scanned documents according to the list. After that, a draft contract will be sent to your personal account. It must be signed in the personal account of the EDS.
- By phone (067) 513-80-25, inform about your intentions to conclude a Contract. After that, you will be sent a sample Letter and a list of accompanying documents that must be provided to the DEN (Kyiv, Heroiv Energetikov St., 16) for registration and starting the procedure for concluding the Contract. Then, a draft Contract will be sent to you by e-mail for review and signing. The signed original contract (with a wet seal) must be returned to the Department of Contractual Work at the address: Kyiv, St. Heroiv Energetikov, 16, room 315.
2. After signing the Agreement, an invoice for payment for chemical analysis services will be sent to the current e-mail address according to the frequency specified in the Agreement. After paying the invoice received by you, your facility will be included in the schedule for wastewater sampling.
3. You can receive a protocol for measuring the composition and properties of wastewater samples in the personal account of the legal entity or in person at the following address: Kyiv, Kharkivske shosse, 50-A, tel. (067) 547-70-56.
4. The certificate of work performed can be picked up at the following address: Kyiv, Kharkivske shosse, 50-A, tel. (067) 327-55-65, (044) 292-21-13.
In case of detection of exceeding the permissible concentrations of pollutants in wastewater, you can contact the Department of Contractual Work of the DEN to conclude a Contract for services for the reception and disposal of excessively polluted wastewater from consumers.
