Enterprises that perform work to restore the throughput of sewer networks (cleaning) must provide Vodokanal (DEN), in addition to the act of completed work, a number of documents:
a copy of the permit from the State Labor Service (State Supervision of Industrial Production and Infrastructure) to begin performing work with increased danger;
information on the presence on the balance sheet of hydrodynamic, sludge suction machines, devices for flushing pipelines under high pressure (or a lease agreement for such machines and equipment);
a copy of a certificate of the presence of qualified personnel who have undergone appropriate training;
photocopy of the work performed and a copy of the work permit for the performance of work to restore the capacity of the sewer network);
a copy of the contract and act on the removal of sludge (liquid household waste) to the drainage station;
a copy of the contract and act on the removal of garbage (solid sewage waste) to the solid household waste landfill.
