The procedure for submitting documents by customers to obtain technical specifications has changed
PJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" announces a change in the procedure for submitting documents by customers to obtain technical specifications for water supply and/or sewerage of facilities.
In order to improve the quality of customer service, as well as to simplify the procedure for reviewing documents provided by customers, from May 2, 2022, documents for obtaining technical specifications for water supply and/or sewerage of facilities from their customers will be accepted exclusively in electronic form in PDF format to the email address: uvtu_rpd@vodokanal.kyiv.ua

The procedure for submitting project documentation for external water supply and sewage networks of facilities to PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" for consideration by customers has been changed
PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that from 01.06.2022, project documentation for external water supply and sewage networks of facilities must be submitted by Customers for consideration in accordance with Section IV "Procedure for Review of Project Documentation (new edition)" of the Methodological Requirements for Review of Project Documentation for Water Supply and Sewerage Networks, Structures and Water Metering Units of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal". We draw your attention to the fact that project documentation provided by the Customer exclusively on paper (without an electronic version) will not be considered by the Company.
The Department receives documents for the preparation and issuance of technical conditions for connecting construction or reconstruction facilities or existing facilities to centralized water supply and drainage systems in accordance with the requirements of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation of Urban Development Activities", the Rules for the Use of Centralized Municipal Water Supply and Drainage Systems in Settlements of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated 27.06.2008 No. 190, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and other legal and regulatory documents in the field of urban development activities.
The project documentation submitted for consideration to the Company must be developed in accordance with the requirements of Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation of Urban Development Activities" and is considered by the Company's specialists in the manner set forth in the Methodological Requirements for Review of Design Documentation for Water Supply and Sewerage Networks, Structures and Water Metering Units of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal."

If the design of external water supply and sewerage networks of facilities includes sections on energy, mechanics, heat supply, technology, equipment replacement, ventilation, dispatching, etc., representatives of design institutions must obtain from the Department of Water Supply Operations and the Department of Sewerage Operations of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" the details of the review of these sections by the relevant specialists of the specified departments (on each sheet of the originals of these sections).

Attention! Changes have been made to the procedure for obtaining prepared technical specifications!
In order to streamline the receipt of payments for the services of the Department for Issuing Technical Specifications and approving documentation, the management of PrJSC “AK “Kyivvodokanal” made a decision to amend the rules for obtaining technical specifications for water supply and wastewater. Now the documents prepared by the Department are issued only after presenting a copy of the payment order (for legal entities) or a payment receipt with a bank mark (for individuals). Please note that representatives of legal entities and authorized persons of individuals must also have a power of attorney from the customer to receive technical specifications and sign the act of work performed.
For representatives of legal entities:
– a completed act of delivery and acceptance of work performed;
– a copy of the payment order;
– passport or other identity document and a duly executed power of attorney from the customer to receive technical specifications.
For individuals:
– a completed act of handover and acceptance of the work performed;
– a copy of the payment receipt (for individuals) with a bank mark;
– passport or other identity document;
– if the recipient is a trusted person of the customer, it is necessary to additionally provide a properly executed power of attorney from the customer to receive technical specifications and sign the act of work performed, as well as a passport or other identity document.

5. The originals of the technical specifications are provided by the customer manually to the contractor (contact person) at ul. Leiptsyzka, 1-a, for scanning and immediately returned to the customer.
6. Based on the results of consideration of the submitted applications, invoices and forms of acts of services rendered or the contractor's comments regarding improper registration of applications are sent by the Company to the customer to his email address.
7. An extract from the Register of Construction Activities regarding information on the technical specifications entered into the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction will be sent to the customer to his email address.
