ТАРИФИ ДЛЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ

According to the Resolution of the National Commission for the Regulation of the National Energy and Power Regulatory Commission of Ukraine No. 2302 dated 30.12.2025:

1 - except for non-residential premises in apartment buildings.

2 - Housing associations, condominiums and other housing organizations without individual contracts, except for the needs of non-residential premises.

Tariffs for centralized water supply and wastewater services are established by the National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Utilities.

Tariffs for centralized water supply and wastewater for the population are applied at the level of tariffs that were applied as of February 24, 2022, namely

30,384 UAH (including VAT 5,064 UAH) per 1 cubic meter, of which:

• 16,164 UAH (including VAT 2,694 UAH) per 1 cubic meter of water supply;

• 14.22 UAH (including VAT 2.37 UAH) per 1 cubic meter of drainage;

Tariff structure

Subscription fee

Paragraph 11 of Part 1 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Housing and Communal Services” (as amended by the Law of Ukraine dated 03.12.2020 No. 1060) establishes one of the innovations - this is the subscription fee, which includes the costs of servicing consumers and cannot exceed the maximum amount (maximum cost), which was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.08.2019 No. 808 (as amended and supplemented).

During hostilities, all funds paid by consumers as part of the subscription fee are spent on ensuring the vital activity and defense capability of the city.

Kyivvodokanal allocates these funds to priority needs: purchase of materials for emergency response, purchase of equipment (tanks, pumps) to create reserve supplies of drinking water, fuel and lubricants for moving our equipment, equipment to improve the security and defense capability of our facilities, payment for electricity.

Without these components, it will be impossible to ensure stable water supply and drainage of consumers, especially in wartime.

As of 01.01.2026, the maximum amount of the subscriber service fee is:

• for centralized water supply service - 47.19 UAH including VAT

• for centralized drainage service - 47.19 UAH including VAT

• total - 94.38 UAH including VAT

Water supply standards were approved in accordance with the Resolution of the Kyiv City State Administration dated January 21, 2022 No. 194 "On approval of drinking water supply standards and consumption standards for centralized water supply, hot water supply, and centralized water drainage services in the city of Kyiv".

We note that the specified consumption standards are applied when charging for centralized cold water supply and cold and hot water drainage services to consumers in buildings that do not have general building water meters, depending on the type of housing development.
