From May to August, in the private sector, consumers who do not have cold water meters are charged for watering their homestead plots. The calculation is made based on the irrigation area of 2 acres (30 m3 x 16.164 UAH x 4 months = 1939.68 UAH). Such a calculation for watering the adjacent territory will be made until the owners install cold water meters or provide documents confirming a smaller irrigation area.
In order to comply with the requirements of the legislation and avoid possible misunderstandings in the calculations, we recommend that consumers install cold water meters. Thanks to this, it will be possible to regulate and keep records of their water use and, accordingly, save money.
Currently, the inventory of irrigation areas is ongoing and may change depending on the data of the technical passport for the land plot (garden, orchard, yard), data from the State Geocadastre and reports from our controllers. To update the data on the irrigation area (before installing the metering device), you can send us a copy of the technical passport for the land plot to the e-mail vodokanalps@gmail.com and be sure to indicate your personal account and contact phone number.
