Our individual customers can always resolve the following issues remotely (without a personal visit):

  • recalculate and adjust the volumes of cold water and wastewater supply;

  • correct customer data (number of residents, presence of a boiler, etc.);

  • close old meters based on the installation/dismantling act and sealing act;

  • enter data for new meters;

  • apply for sealing/unsealing of the meter;

  • enter data for meter verification;

  • submit readings of apartment meters.
