d) Suppliers and other organizations working together with PJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal";
e) Employees of PJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal";
To increase the organization's ability to consistently and balancedly meet the needs and expectations of its stakeholders, as well as applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, over the long term, the top management of PrJSC "AK "KYIVVODOKANAL" applies the following principles to the corporate quality management system:
In order to properly implement the quality management system in the divisions of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal", Order No. 126 "On approval of quality goals of PrJSC AK Kyivvodokanal" for 2020 was issued.
As a result, quality goals were formed in 24 divisions:
strategic long-term goals (for 5 years),
medium-term (for 3 years)
short-term - operational goals in the field of quality (for 1 year).
In accordance with the requirements of the international standard, methods for conducting internal audits and risk assessments have been introduced.
Today, internal audits are regularly and systematically conducted in all 24 divisions.
To transition to international standards, Kyivvodokanal systematically trains employees: both at the enterprise and in specialized educational institutions.
In 2020, corporate trainings were held to improve the skills of the personnel of PrJSC AK Kyivvodokanal. 120 employees of PrJSC AK KYIVVODOKANAL participated in the trainings, and more than 300 certificates were obtained as a result.
What has been practically done during 2018-2021:
+ Thanks to the introduction of the basic principles of ISO 9001:2015, the company's website has been updated, and the company's basic values have been formed.
+ The company's investment attractiveness has increased;
+ Surveys of both external and internal consumers are conducted on a regular basis, for example in RD, DEVG, TD, GD, etc.
+ The personnel policy has been significantly updated, aimed at encouraging the cooperation of competent employees, and the social responsibility of the enterprise has been increased.
+ In order to transition to international standards, Kyivvodokanal systematically trains employees.
+ In accordance with the requirements of the international standard, methods for conducting internal audits and risk assessments have been introduced.
+ Suppliers are evaluated;
+ Feedback with consumers has been established via the company's website and questionnaires;
+ Measures have been adjusted taking into account: Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 11, 2020 No. 211 “On preventing the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the territory of Ukraine”
+ Numerous certification audits have been conducted, which allowed us to identify and correct certain shortcomings of the company.
+ As a result, the departments of our organization received international certificates for the quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO 9001:2018 (EN ISO 9001:2015, IDT, ISO 9001:2015, IDT) in the "PIVDENTEST TESTING AND CERTIFICATION CENTER" accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine.
+ These ISO 9001:2015 certificates are recognized in all countries of the European Union thanks to agreements concluded by Ukraine with European Accreditation and IAF.
In order to comply with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management Systems", during July 2021, the technical department underwent an audit by specialists of the Management System Certification Body of the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "TESTING AND CERTIFICATION CENTER "PIVDENTEST" for compliance with the quality management system. As a result of the audit, the technical department once again confirmed compliance with the requirements of DSTU ISO9001:2015 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements" (ISO9001:2015, IDT) and received a CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY for the quality management system.
On June 1, 2023, the accreditation certificate No. 201552 dated May 25, 2023, was received by the Laboratory for Monitoring Working Conditions of the Labor Protection Service of the Technical Department of PJSC "AK "KYIVVODOKANAL", on certification of the competence by the NATIONAL ACCREDITATION AGENCY OF UKRAINE of the Laboratory for Monitoring Working Conditions of the Labor Protection Service of the Technical Department of PJSC "AK "KYIVVODOKANAL" for compliance with the requirements of DSTU ENISO/IEC 17025:2019 (ENISO/IEC 17025:2017, IDT: ISO/IEC 17025:2017 IDT) "GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE OF TESTING AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES" in the field of: testing of working area air by photometric, electrochemical, gravimetric methods; testing of physical factors in the workplace; testing of psychophysiological factors of the labor process.
On June 4, 2025, the main laboratory of the production monitoring and technological control department of PrJSC "AK "Kyivvodokanal" received a certificate of accreditation for compliance with the requirements of the DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019 standard "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories."
