**On January 14 at 15:00, the Technical Council of the Society will hold its next meeting via Zoom.** The following items are on the agenda: 1. **Review of changes to the project documentation for water supply networks, regarding the replacement of Electrosteel (India) with Samsun Makina Sanayi A. S. (Turkey) as the manufacturer of VCHG pipes for the "Construction of a water supply pipeline for connecting residential buildings on Zroushalna Street, 3-B, 4, 10, 14, and the children's and youth sports school "Athlet" on Zroushalna Street, 4-A in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv" at the address **Zroushalna Street, 3-B, 4, 10, 14, 4-A**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 13.07.2020 No. 11491, with the Department of Housing and Communal Infrastructure of the Kyiv City State Administration as the customer.** 2. **Review of the general plan for the "Construction of a residential and administrative complex with in-built and attached public and commercial facilities and above-ground and underground parking" at the address **V. Tutyunnyka Street (A. Barbusa Street), 39/2**, due to the passage of a D=1400 mm water main and a D=3100 mm main sewer through the territory of the aforementioned object, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 01.06.2020 No. 9662 and No. 9693 for sewerage. Customer: LLC "BK "Zhitloinvest".** 3. **Review of changes to the project documentation, regarding the performance of shotcrete works for the repair of aerated stabilizers (2 units) on the BSSA for the "Construction of a complex of residential and cultural buildings with in-built and attached commercial and office premises and parking" (IV stage of construction) at the address **Voskresenska Street, 7**, in accordance with the sewerage technical conditions of 30.07.2020 No. 3892. Customer: LLC "Maximum".** 4. **Review of the project documentation for off-site water supply networks for the "Reconstruction of the main building No. 5 (without changing the functional purpose)" at the address **Vladimirska Street, 101**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 03.12.2019 No. 14685. Customer: PJSC "MARS".** 5. **Review of the project documentation for water supply and sewerage networks for the "Construction of a residential building with in-built and attached premises" at the address **Lomonosova Street, 33/43**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 05.02.2019 No. 14063 and sewerage technical conditions of 05.02.2019 No. 14023. Customer: PJSC "KhK "Kyivmiskbud" for LLC "Titan Holding".** 6. **Review of the project documentation for off-site water supply and sewerage networks for the "Construction of a multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex with an underground parking lot" at the address **M. Maximovych Street (Trutenka Street), 32**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 03.12.2019 No. 7650 and sewerage technical conditions of 04.12.2019 No. 7691. Customer: LLC "L-Grup".** 7. **Re-review of the project documentation for off-site water supply networks for the "Construction of trade buildings (trade complex with a two-level parking lot)" at the address **Stepan Bandera Avenue, 13-A**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 19.10.2020 No. 10399. Customer: LLC "Epicenter K".** 8. **Review of changes to the project documentation for off-site water supply and sewerage networks, regarding the detailing of water supply chambers and the method of laying the sewerage network from open to directional horizontal drilling for the "Residential complex with in-built non-residential premises and underground parking" at the address **Ioanna Pavla II Street (P. Lumumba Street), 12**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 07.08.2018 No. 13652 and sewerage technical conditions of 07.08.2018 No. 13621. Customer: PJSC "Poznyaky-Zhil-Bud".** 9. **Review of changes to the project documentation for sewerage networks, regarding the adjustment of sewerage technical conditions for the "Construction of a public residential building with a building of the district internal affairs management" at the address **Kutuzova Street, 18/7**, in accordance with the sewerage technical conditions of 01.09.2020 No. 11688. Customer: PJSC "KhK "Kyivmiskbud" for the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv".** 10. **Review of the project documentation for external water supply and sewerage networks for the "Reconstruction of non-residential buildings (lit.VII, VIII, IX) under a multi-fuel car refueling complex with a car wash" at the address **Zatyshna Street, 1**, in accordance with the water supply technical conditions of 24.07.2019 No. 14429 and sewerage technical conditions of 24.07.2019 No. 14374.
