To avoid discrepancies in calculations and, consequently, outstanding payments, it is necessary to submit meter readings monthly. Please note that hot water meter readings are also required as they are necessary for calculating water disposal charges.
Meter readings can be submitted remotely:
- Through the website vodokanal.kiev.ua via the link 'meters - submit readings'.
- Through the 'Personal Cabinet' of Kyivvodokanal.
- Using the mobile apps 'Viber' and 'Telegram', by joining the public account "Kyivvodokanal". Simply follow the instructions of the Viber-bot or Telegram-bot.
- By calling the contact center of Kyivvodokanal (044) 202-02-02 or KC "CKS" 247-40-40.
