If there's a significant difference between the readings of the general house meter and the sum of the readings of all apartment meters, we need to investigate why this happened to avoid confusion in billing. For this purpose, we conduct a control reading of the apartment meters.
In such a case, a notice is posted on the entrance of the house beforehand, stating the day and time frame when the control reading will take place.
We understand that during the lockdown, personal contact with the controller is not desirable. Therefore, during the lockdown, control readings in apartments are only done with mutual agreement.
