Customer Service Center No. 5

Services provided at Customer Service Center No. 5:

- Conclusion of contracts with customers for the provision of services for centralized cold water supply and wastewater services (using internal building systems);

- Meter readings and adjustments to cold water and wastewater supply volumes;

- Updating customer information (meter reading, boiler reading, number of residents, closing old meters based on installation/dismantling and sealing acts);

- Acceptance of documents from privileged categories of customers (registration of the right to a discount, subsidy);

- Submission of applications to the Centralized System for Meter Verification and submission of applications for meter sealing in the sealing program;

- Entry of apartment meter readings into the billing system;

- Acceptance and processing of documents for obtaining a certificate of absence of debt and issuance of a certificate of absence of debt;

- Conclusion of an agreement on debt restructuring;

- Acceptance of customer applications for inspection, sealing and/or unsealing, and meter verification.

- Transfer of accepted document packages to the relevant structural units for further processing.
