The following services are provided at Consumer Service Center No.3:

- Conclusion of contracts with consumers for the provision of services for centralized supply of cold water and water disposal services (using in-house systems);

- Conducting recalculations and adjustments of cold water and water disposal volumes;

- Updating consumer information (adding meter readings, boiler markings, number of residents, closing old meters based on installation/dismantling and sealing acts);

- Acceptance of documents from privileged category consumers (registration of rights to benefits, subsidies);

- Submission of applications to the Centralized Meter Verification System and applications for meter sealing in the sealing program;

- Entering apartment meter readings into the billing system;

- Acceptance and processing of documents for obtaining a certificate of absence of debt, and issuance of a certificate of absence of debt;

- Conclusion of an agreement on debt restructuring;

- Acceptance of consumer applications for inspection, sealing and/or unsealing, and meter verification.

- Transfer of accepted document packages to relevant structural units for further processing.
